Booking Instructions:


In order to book an apartment a Booking Deposit of $150 per week of stay is required to guarantee your reservation. This Booking Deposit payment will turn into a Security Deposit once the apartment is reserved, and will be refunded to you on departure.


The payment is done through a secured process by PayPal system - Which is also accepting Credit Cards payments of: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress. This transaction will appear on your bill as PayPal *RONEN COHEN. 


PayPal is allowing you to dispute any payment done within 45 days of the payment date. To read PayPal Buying Safley policy Click here.


If you want to book this suite, please click on the following link or copy it and paste it to the address bar of your browser - you need to fill in the amount of payment and your personal details in order to make the transaction - (Please remember to send us an email indicating your name and the name of the suite you reserved in order for us to block the dates and prevent other bookings on your dates):

Follow the instructions that will guide you through the process of paying the booking fee.* (This will secure your reservation)

Once I'll receive the booking payment confirmation, I'll send the vacation rental agreement to you.

Please note that up to 2 weeks after the agreement is signed by us an additional 20% is due as part of your total payment.
*Cancellation and refund policy

FREE Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled or modified during the first week after booking deposit being made, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

If cancelled later, we will make an effort to re rent the accommodation, in case we are successful no fee will be charged. If not successful, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation and also the Security Deposit will be charged.

*Security deposit policy
Each reservation is subject to a security deposit $150 per week of stay. Owner shall utilize tenant credit card security deposit to reimburse owner for: 
    1. Damage repair. 
    2. Missing items 
    3. Broken or missing item replacement. 
    4. Late check - out ($15 per hour unless late check out is agreed prior to departure date). 
    5. Keys not returned.
Security deposit will be refunded upon check – out, minus any incurred electricity costs, once none of the above has occurred.
